Hi I'm Theron Merrick

I’m just a regular guy—husband, father, snowboarder—who used to feel completely stuck in a body I didn’t recognize. I was over 300lbs, exhausted, and embarrassed to even step on the scale. I lost that 93 pounds utilizing the Keto diet. Cutting calories to extreme low levels, and eating pitiful amounts of protein in fear of kicking myself out of ketosis—and sure, the weight came off… but I torched muscle, wrecked my metabolism, and ended up just skinny fat. To the point my wife told me I looked like I was sick.

That frustration sent me down a different path. I became a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach and committed myself to learning and educating myself in what actually works—not the fads, not the gimmicks, but the science of long-term body transformation.
