Hey, I’m Theron Merrick. (Pronounced Thay-ron.)
I’m a husband, a father of three, a snowboard junkie… and the founder of Gym R.A.T. Coaching LLC.
But more importantly?
I’m a regular-ass guy who lost 93 lbs in 9 months, and kept it off.
